The project is a complex marketplace solution with multiple roles available for customers: Lender, Borrower, Originator, Investor, and others. The app helps to automate many standard manual processes of the lending business, like some steps of borrower evaluation, the credit assessment, and the lender's LTV preferences have been implemented.

The app contains complex business rules and interactions between users' roles. Real-time in-app communication with online chat and video conference solutions is integrated directly into the system. Document status management and signing workflow also is a part of the system. Every user can trace the complete history of all documents involved in the lending process.

Angular-based applications and the dashboard provide the ability to monitor the loan lifecycle for every participant of the bridge loan deal. Every loan deal has multiple steps, from credit assessment to liaising with counterparties. Many loan lifecycle interactions between members of the deal are automated and simplified in one application available for all sides of the deal. Angular dashboard communicates with Django-based API, providing secured interactions with 3rd-party APIs.

MVP of the platform has been developed and delivered to the client. Maintenance and implementation of new features are ongoing continuously at the moment. The client successfully funded multiple deals through the app. New lenders and borrowers were added to the system and are using the app. The app has won numerous awards in the lending industry as one of the fastest and the most transparent lending platforms in the industry.
