Indive

Indive is a decentralized music streaming app that shares its profits with artists and listeners. The main idea behind the project is to help new and upcoming artists build their careers as independent artists. The project also helps fund artists with the help of their own communities. And when the artists succeed, their fans are the ones who are rewarded.

The main challenge of the project is to integrate web 3.0 concepts into the music streaming app in a way that mainstream users will be able to use it easily and securely and will be able to benefit from all the features of the web 3.0 infrastructure available on the market. The app should support Ethereum and Cardano platforms as well as fiat currencies for those who are still afraid of web 3.0.

Multiple projects were created to support the system: landing app to present the app to potential customers and artists who are interested in the idea; web app to listen to the music using your web browser; Android and iOS mobile apps to listen to the music on your mobile devices; API backend solution to securely communicate with backend services and databases. We used Angular framework on the front end, React Native framework to build cross-platform mobile apps, and .NET Core to build API solution.

We continue working on the project at this stage, but we have already delivered the MVP version with all described apps. Right now, our main task is to onboard new users and artists and show them all the potential that web 3.0 solutions provide to their users. Cardano platform has been integrated into the project, but we continue working on Ethereum integration.
